So for Halloween my sad costume was "far too busy to invest time, therefore pushing me into guy handing out candy" mode. The goal, if I ever had the time, would be to go as Baron Samedi and spend the entire night speaking in rhyme. Specifically, I'd go with the variant where one sunglass lens is knocked out and I go drinking rum all night.

Every conference grows similar -- cocooned nearly entirely with recycled air in routine -- but, hmm. There was a very pleasant time spent with a pretty journalist with a scarlet dragon tattooed on the small of her back. In the end, nothing happened, not really -- she insisted, given the politics of lovers. Still, the goodnight kiss lasted well over an hour... Hmm. At least I saw the dragon.

In other news, in response to entry 202 in my guestbook, yes, that was me in that episode. Damn it! I had no idea it was running this week. But hey, at least I have something to look forward to.
